Lost Baggage.

If you lose an item at the airport, you should first contact the relevant airline you are/were traveling with. It is strongly recommended that all travelers take up an appropriate travel insurance to cover any such losses that can occur as part of their journey.

To regain your lost baggage, you have to :

- Collect the claim paper from the Middle East Airline office located at the arrival hall (West Side) and present it with your passport to get the proper authorization
at the security office on the following times:

From 8:00 am to 4:00 Pm at the security office located at the arrival hall (West side)
From 4:00 Pm to 11:00 Pm at the security office located at the second floor (East side)
